When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left but could say I’ve used everything you gave me.

About Me
I’m Shandi. I’m a home grown country girl from Alabama, I’ve raised two amazing children, and own a real estate company. I cook, drink coffee in the mornings, enjoy my wine, love Jesus, and I cuss a little. I take care of people I love, I write when I have something to say, and I don’t mind sharing where I think I could do better.

Why I Write
I’ve seen a lot of joy in my life and a lot of heartache, too. I’ve learned a lot about people and myself, and what I’ve found is the good is always at the end of something that feels bad. The blessings are from God and the lessons are in the time we spend learning what they are. Here’s where I write for my future grandkids to read and if anyone else wants to read it, that’s okay, too.
